There are 2 interviews to get hired on the team. The first one is a phone interview with Human Resources. They ask general questions to determine if you are a suitable candidate. The second interview is with the team. There are at least 6 people that will question you using questions that helps them determine if you have the skills necessary to perform the job and whether you are able to get along with the team members.
