First, I applied online. Then I had an initial phone screen and then was brought into the office for an interview with a couple different groups of people. Very good communication with the HR team throughout the process and they made me feel like I was already part of the team.

Pretty standard interview process for a summer intern with their group. Lots of behavioral questions with few if any technicals in the original call. The following call was similar to that.

Entrevista
Just met with the different people from the bank. Only one "technical" question. They mostly asked questions about me as a person. It appears they care more about having someone they enjoy vs having someone with a lot of technical skills. There were 3 different levels and in each level it gets more and more specific. I applied to a broad section of the bank and by the third interview I was in a specialized secor.
