The interview is usually done in three parts, a group interview a 121 interview and a shop floor dealing with customers assessment. This is all done on the same day. In the 121 interview it's the same as most places, keep the customer at the heart of what you do. The group interview is about how you communicate with others and the shop floor assessment is all around how you interact with customers. You need to score high in all 3 areas to be successful.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
