Applied online. Quick little survey of questions demonstrating different aspects of your personality and work ethic. Then few days later got a call for an interview. The interview was for the following day and 2/3hours after the interview I got a call offering me the job. Whole process was pretty smooth and both interviewers where pleasant and welcoming.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
