Applied online by uploading my CV. After 3 weeks, I received an invitation for an online video interview. The questions were pretty standard and the aim was for them to get to know you a bit more and see what you know about the company and testing industry. This was followed by a telephone interview a week later. The interview was quite relaxed, with a few competency based questions and this was a good opportunity to find out more about the training programme and ask any questions. After the phone interview, I received an invitation to the assessment centre.
