Extremely disorganized and unprofessional interview process
The only positive aspect of my experience was the recruiter, who was responsive, professional, and genuinely tried to keep the process on track.
Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing.
The interview process consists of multiple rounds that are almost identical. You end up answering the same questions over and over again to different managers.
The 2 most disappointing moments were:
1.One hiring manager simply did not show up to the scheduled interview. The recruiter apologized and arranged another meeting a few days later. When I joined the rescheduled interview, the manager didn’t even acknowledge the missed meeting or offer a simple apology.
2. None of the interviewers introduced themselves. Every interview started the same way: “Tell me about yourself,” without any introduction, explanation of their role, or context about the team. It created a very impersonal and awkward experience.
Although each interview was scheduled for one hour, most of them lasted no more than 20 minutes.
At the end of every interview, I was asked whether I had any questions. However, the answers I received were consistently vague and lacked substance. I left with the impression that the interviewers themselves were not fully aligned on what profile they were looking for, how the role fit into the local market, or what the actual business strategy was. Discussions about the country, the team’s objectives, and long-term vision were extremely generic, making it difficult to understand what the role would truly involve.
Overall, the process felt poorly coordinated, repetitive, and surprisingly unstructured
