I got word back from a recruiter after submitting a application a week after. They went over what the job looked like, and what Tempus was about over the phone. Asked if I would be ok with the hours and pay. After, I was scheduled for a “panel interview” with four managers the next week. The interviews took two hours in total, asked a lot of similar questions but wasn’t too difficult.

Interview process screening then had four different 30 minute interviews. Interview was first screened with recruiter then had a meeting over google meets. First was denied the job i applied to and then was offered to interview for CLA

It took them almost 4 months to schedule an interview but once I was able to acquire one it was pretty fast and simple! I had the opportunity to go through both stages of the interviews, it was two phone calls
They had me do a series of 4 interviews with the final being a panel-style interview with the hiring managers. They were impressed with my background and I thought we hit it off. They even mentioned they think I will succeed in this role. I don't even know if I was rejected for the job...they just ghosted me. How hard is it to give an applicant who arranged a series of 4 calls with you in their busy life, the courtesy of a rejection email? Even when I reached out to the HR person I was in contact with I got no response. This company does very interesting stuff but the other reviews are correct in the disorganization internally. I probably dodged a bullet after reading how dissatisfied their employees are on here.
