Phone screen with the recruiter, phone interview with a hiring manager, a presentation, and a 5 back to back interviews. After many difficulties with scheduling because they couldn't get everyone lined up I went through this crazy interview process and they didn't even have the decency to get back to me a with response on a decision. I had an uneasy feeling about the hiring manager so I decided the role wasn't for me but the company didn't have the courtesy to let me know their final decision.
