This was an extensive interviewing process with multiple stages. The first two stages - with HR and EMEA leader - were ok, but the following two stages - with the hiring manager and one of the founders - were a bit problematic. Their attitude was a bit odd, sometimes a bit over the line. They seemed to be more interested in testing gender-related queries than work-related things. I believe that how one manages their hobbies, their family time, and the fact that not everyone is a man, should not affect their ability to do a job. If the hiring manager had been another person, maybe this would've gone down a different path.
