I received an interview request about a week after applying. Skipped a typical recruiter call and went straight into a first round virtual interview with someone from the talent. They kept emphasizing how high stress the role will be and would require some overtime; the pay range is quite low, given the job description tbh. I felt pretty good during the interview, but then I was completely ghosted. I followed up, and still crickets. Seems to be a common practice from the other reviews here.
