Interview was conduct in three stage. First was analytical ,if your analytical is passed then the second interview will be held which is technical.In which they evaluate you for your skills. If you passed it then third one interview which is final , was held with CEO. and it depend on the availability of CEO.They will call you for final interview when CEO is free. With CEO they judge you with general questions and check your interest in Politics
