Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en TechStyleOS (Los Angeles, CA) en jun 2015
Entrevista
Multiple phone interviews, multiple onsites, multiple follow-ups. The entire interview spanned 3 months. It took weeks after each interview for JustFab to decide on next steps. I ultimately was offered a contract position with potential to convert to full-time, but that would require a 3rd and final onsite with the hiring manager and team. I declined due to death-by-interview, and accepted an offer from another organization I had been in talks with.
Overall, really friendly people I got to interview with and seems to be a cool company to work for. I would like to think I'd want to work for them in the future. But if you're looking to get hired quickly, beware of latency.

Describe the benefits of the agile framework. Tell me about yourself. Describe requirements gathering. How do you go about teaching agile?
Screening Call with an internal recruiter, a call with the Product Manager I d report into and a small assignment to prepare at home. Presenting it back to the Manager and some other PMs. After connecting with future colleagues in Product and Engineering. Hard but fair questions, everyone willing to give me good insights about the company. All in a relaxed atmosphere

Elaborate on a big mistake or failure. What, how and what were the learnings from it.
There was a phone screen with recruiting, then an over-the-phone discussion with the hiring manager, a homework assignment to depict how you’d organize a project and and in-person interview with 5 teammates
