1st was brief HR discussion over the phone
Next was Technical round - Video interview in which the interviewer did not have their cameras on! This makes the candidate feel less. Any interview is two way deal . The interviewer should treat the candidate equally and should not have the misconception that they are superior! Quite unprofessional.
After that, within 10 mnts I got an update that I am shortlisted for next round and personal documents were asked for the further process, which was quite surprising. And then there is no update! I was told there would be 2nd round.
After asking, I got an update that there would soon be another round which did not happen! After one week, when I asked again, and shared my disappointment, they updated that I was not selected.
Then why did they ask for my docs ? Also I shared the feedback about the interviewer not keeping the camera on to which they did not agree to. I asked to check the recordings and share with me if I am wrong, of course no update!
About delay, they mentioned that it was a busy week!
I was not keeping well and so I postponed the interview for 2 days which they are saying reason for delay! Quite unprofessional again!
Also if I was not selected for the next round, why my personal docs were asked to share ?
They themselves seem not clear and aware about HR practices.

After conducting an interview, they vanish. No response or follow up. Even if the candidate is not selected, there should be communication. Recruiter get shifted to scheduling interviews for different roles even before closing current one.
