Overall, I thought the interview and hiring process was smooth. Most of the interview process was done virtually, which made scheduling easy. After having several phone interviews with folks from different departments, I was flown out to Columbus for a full day of interviews. During the onsite interview, I met with leaders from each department to learn more about how I would partner with their teams. This also gave me a chance to better understand the landscape of the company which I enjoyed. During the final interview process, I delivered 2 short presentations to the leadership team. The purpose of these presentations was for them to gauge how well studied materials they provide ahead of the interview and how well you can deliver the main concepts to an audience. This took some preparation, but I think it's probably the most crucial piece in the interview process.
