Was quite stream lines , no doubt they were dealing with EP so they had good standards and behavior, had some fun loving Bengali Interview, we were busy teasing in Bangalore was better or Kolkata was better.
Some were not happy may be because you don't know to make friends. or deal with strangers

Questions on Exchange, AD. One interesting question was Difference between Distribution List & distribution GROUP.
Some ITIL based questions , problem , Incident , etc . Some scenario based question:
You are TL , your team is aware about a service is down for next 24 hours , how do you explaining a nagging old lady who has some deadline.
They wanted each step, that is how you handle your Junior resource, to how you listin , to how you explain all in details.
some more it was 1 hrs Q & A and they said the last question if you say this we will take you right away.
Here they did a blunder, how do you Install exchange 2012 ?
My Answer was straight I can not! Ya I know You would be thinking how I got Selected.
Ya I got Selected Cause , MS never released an Exchange 2012 , it did release 2013.

Not very good experience there, my interviewer came late, then in shortage of time started asking question with any discussion. And just to wrap up the interview quickly asked 3 question and told me i am not fir for the job

There was only one interview round that combined technical, managerial, and HR discussions. The interview covered technical concepts, project experience, problem-solving, teamwork, career goals, and general HR questions in a smooth, well-organized process.
