The Process to get selected is as follows - Paper Including both Aptitude and Coding questions, then Interview round and final Hr Round.
Nowadays because of the online process both Interview and HR round are done together only.

Very Detailed for fresher, had multiple rounds including aptitude test, will be conducted in phases. First test and if selected in that, there will be 3 more rounds if you get through 3rd round, selection is done and final HR discussion
