Interview took place in 3 phases. First was technical interview, where 2 associates questioned based on the skill set and the work experience. Second was the managerial round where most of the question were related to SDLC and client handling skills. Third was the HR round, which was pretty simple and salary negotiation happened. Finally the offer was rolled out.
