Starting with aptitude test.Aptitude test is not easy.Then after one to one three stages of interview had been taken.First one was technical interview,or it can be mixed of technical and other personal qualities.then after MR interview followed by HR interview. Altough nature of employee is good it is hard to answer them and make good personality.
