The company constantly posts job applications online for people who are looking for opportunities to work there, only to just reject interested workers despite the right qualifications. Very annoying and I would recommend that no one should honestly apply to Target only to get rejected.

The interview was super easy. You just have to know a bit about what you're trying to do there and be lucky with their hiring timing. It also helps if you are nice to them overall.

The interview process was over the phone. Basically going over the details you inputted on the job application. We went over the hours I could work and if whether or not I had other things going on because it was a part time job.
