Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Target (Myrtle Beach, SC) en sept 2017

Applied and got a call a week or two later to set up interview. Got there and waited like 15 minutes at Starbucks to be called back. There were then three interviews, back-to-back. The first one was with the team leader for backroom, second was with the executive team leader for backroom and logistics, and the final interview was with the executive store team leader. Apparently you have to get approved by each interviewer in order to move on to the subsequent interview. I was hired so I now know that you aren’t always interviews by the team leaders of the position you are interviewing for.

Wanted to know how I woukd respond to a guest interrupting a task I was really working hard on and might not have time to finish if I were to help the guest with their request.
Pretty simple process. Went in and interviewed with the Team Lead, most questions were behavioral in nature. Ended up just chatting for a bit and I was offered the job on the spot, then was sent to talk to the Supervising Lead who verified a couple aspects of my application.

It was easy. Pretty straightforward. For a team member, I would not expect more which is actually a really good thing. The manager was nice as well and made the process easy.

Phone interview, and orientation right after. Not much else at the time. Scheduled for orientation with a few other people. After orientation, a drug screening scheduled, and was called back about a week or so afterwards to start work.
