Pretty simple process. Went in and interviewed with the Team Lead, most questions were behavioral in nature. Ended up just chatting for a bit and I was offered the job on the spot, then was sent to talk to the Supervising Lead who verified a couple aspects of my application.

The interview was by far the worst I had ever had. Upon my arrival I was told to wait my turn for an interview. I waited over 2 hours. The location was reminiscent of an early 19th century work space in an underserved community. Clothes everywhere. Food on the ground. Very messy. I was uncomfortable.

It was easy. Pretty straightforward. For a team member, I would not expect more which is actually a really good thing. The manager was nice as well and made the process easy.

Phone interview, and orientation right after. Not much else at the time. Scheduled for orientation with a few other people. After orientation, a drug screening scheduled, and was called back about a week or so afterwards to start work.
