I had two rounds of interview with Tapestry. The first round is HR phone interview, about 15 mins. Quick and easy. Just go through your background and why you want to leave your current company etc. The second round is on-site interview. After waiting for 20 mins in frond desk, I met three people and spent 1.5 hrs in that tiny conference room. Then I heard nothing from them after one follow-up email.....
