I applied online and shortly after my application, I was invited to an online interview. The first one was with the Recruiting Expert and the Department Director. Just a few days after the first interview, I was invited to a second online interview. This time again with the Recruiting Expert, the Department Director, and additionally two Vice Presidents. After those two interviews, I got an offer. After a short negotiation, I accepted the offer with joy and excitement. Everything in the interview process was as positive and constructive as possible. All interviewers were very sincere, polite and well-informed. They all asked very critical questions and succeeded in understanding my background by my answers and CV even though I could not describe the situation time to time. Even during the interviews, I learned a lot from them. I transfer my highest appreciations to each one of them one more time from here. Throughout the interview, recruitment and relocation procedures, the Recruiting Expert helped and supported me a lot with her e-mails, sensitive information and direct international calls. Additionally, I received many support messages from my future Managers. Those reactions were really precious for me. As I encountered with those positive behaviors from my employers for the first time in my life, I am grateful. Now I am just looking forward to starting my new career at TTTech and joining my new colleagues.
