You started off by taking a computer based test, then there was a test to make sure you could see colors. When you get to the interview, you are in a room with 2 HR people who ask a series of team based questions.

Two officers sit down with you and ask a series of questions based on what you will do in situations at the job. The process was about 20 minutes because they were so many questions and they both were writing things down.
