Straightforward one-on-one style. The interview was a 2-part process. The first round was with HR and the general team. The second round was with the hiring manager and supervisor. Questions were basic and most pertained to behavioral and situational.

Entrevista
Multiple rounds with wide selection of individuals. Relaxed process. Appreciated the diverse perspectives of individuals and their obvious enjoyment of TRC. Felt TRC was careful, comprehensive, and fair to both their needs and my desires. Good vetting process.
