Quite challenging, but I did manage. Some questions are out of the blue, and it tests our critical thinking. Also, some questions are predictable, and the answer our interviewee is looking for is how committed are we to the occupation we are applying for. All in all, Teleperformance is hiring committed agents that will contribute to the company's triumph.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
