Interview teams were robust - well-represented by HR and by key stakeholder groups and prospective hiring managers. Interviewers were for the most part extremely well-prepared and interview formats were well-organized. I was asked some really thought-provoking questions - most of which I was prepared for but some were unexpected. Not in a "gotcha" way...just not questions I had thought about in advance.
