Very professional system for conducting an interview. I had couple of rounds of interviews one with HR and second interview was with maintenance supervisor both turns out great. Interview with HR was less technical and was more about my past experiences, lol education and what company is looking for and what company is all about. Second interview was more technical skills and knowledge.

The interview process consisted of a written exam and two interviews. Both gentlemen were extremely professional and didn't hesitate to answer any questions I had about the company or the workload honestly.
