It was straightforward. The recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. The first interview was a call with the recruiter from HR, and the second interview was with the director, I believe.

Entrevista
Call with HR + two rounds of interviews with different members of the team. Interviewers gave an unfriendly impression and seemed indifferent about who you are (although they did make an effort by asking questions about yourself that were awkward at best). Interviewers were honest about the downside of the role and the problems within the department/company, although sometimes it felt a bit overdone as if they were trying to discourage you from joining the company. Thanks to their transparency, I'm no longer interested in the role.
