I was reached by TMC by email.
I had various interviews with different managers and people from TMC as they seem interested in my CV and my past experiences. I never had a technical interview. Originally, TMC wanted to hire me as a Fullstack developer with knowledge of Javascript. After completing all the hiring process, they asked me to fill a dossier from a given template that they wanted to deliver to the client to "introduce me". I've done this twice or three times as TMC didn't like the first version I sent them. When I got the go, they emailed me again saying that the client asked them (aka "me") to fill another dossier. I did so and after that I had no answer from them for a couple of months.
After 8-9 weeks, I was reached again by the manager from TMC I had the interview with, asking if I was still available to work with them but as a Java developer this time. During this period of radio silence, I have accepted another offer from another company so I told him I was not interested anymore but I find all of this quiet unprofessional.
TMC literally tried to sell me to a client when I wasn't working for them as I was some sort of "backup plan" for them.
Given this behavior, I have no intention to work with TMC in the future.

L'iter di selezione è durato 6 settimane.
Nel mio caso non è stato veloce, ma dipende dalle tempistiche dei clienti.
Il primo step è stato una chiamata con l'HR in cui viene chiesto di fare una brochure nel loro formato.
Se la brochure piace al manager, si passa al secondo step che consiste in un colloquio diretto con lui in cui si parla delle esperienze in modo più approfondito e si accennano aspettative economiche .
A seguito di esso si organizza il colloquio con il cliente ed in caso positivo si riceve una proposta economica.
Le persone con cui ho parlato si sono dimostrate sempre disponibili e attente durante tutto il percorso di selezione. Ho apprezzato in particolare la continuità tra i vari colloqui: anche quando alcuni aspetti non venivano approfonditi in uno specifico incontro, venivano ripresi e valorizzati successivamente sulla base di quanto emerso nei colloqui precedenti. Questo ha dato la sensazione di un processo strutturato e realmente orientato alla valutazione complessiva della persona.
Processo lunghissimo, tra colloqui con HR, tecnico di TMC e ingegneri del cliente ci è voluto più di un mese. Nel complesso l'offerta era buona ma offrivano CCNL commercio e per motivi etici ho rifiutato

Entrevista
Colloquio prima rimandato all'ultimo minuto e poi dopo la rischedulazione iniziato con 30 minuti di ritardo senza avviso. La persona che svolgeva il colloquio sembrava aver letto il mio CV solo al momento del colloquio.
Mai più ricontattato dopo il colloquio conoscitivo e tecnico nonostante a voce avessero espresso interesse e avessero detto che mi avrebbero fatto sapere.
