I had a phone interview with there recruiter. After I passed that, he asked me to come in for an in person interview. I had to wait almost 3 hours before I was actually interviewed because I was booked during their meeting. After that, the first interview was very easy. Second interview, the district manager was a jerk and didn't bother to make any eye contact. When he made me the offer, it was way different then my actual job offer which bothered me.
