Interview was pretty standard. They asked alot of retail related questions. Such as about numbers my previous retail experience and how I would fix their problems. The follow up interview was with a district manager. Follow up interview was very short.

Talked to managers in store, was told to apply online, walked in and interviewed, started the onboarding process. The managers were kind and helpful in assisting me through the process.

Entrevista
Three stage interview. In person with an assistant manager, next with store manager, then on phone with regional/district manager assessing your interest, skills, and suitability for customer service in retail. 1 month process depending on manager availability
Interview process was laid back and straightforward. Everyone involved in the process was extremely friendly and laid out the expectations. They went on to describe numerous opportunities available with the company.
