Turned in a resume and application and got a call for an interview. Went in and met with an Assistant Store Manager and the Hiring Manager. After that I got a call back with an offer about 2 days after the interview and then was scheduled to come in for orientation about 4 days later.

It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
