Difficult to schedule an interview with this company. The recruiter will contact you 2-3 hours before they're ready to conduct an interview and will ask you if you're ready without having arranged the actual interview one or more days in advance. As if you're sitting and waiting just for them to call. Have not experienced this way of interviewing before. Wondering how they treat their employees if the interview process is structured this poorly. Have to also wonder about their work-life balance culture when they're so strapped for time, and don't allow for sufficient time to schedule an interview call ahead of time like most companies do.

Straightforward call. Recruiter was helpful. Friendly and transparent about job responsibilities and salary. They gave me plenty of time to ask questions and followed up thereafter. I would use their services again.
