The process and style was unusual. The phone screening was an actual interview and the employee failed to give me a clear overview of the position. I was later extended an offer to do a shadowing at the office where I was surprised with another interview. Unfortunately, I was unimpressed with the interviewer’s patronizing approach. The employees emphasized their value of communication but I observed a lack of communication and vague dialogue throughout the entire hiring process.
