Phone interview, followed by a two hour in person interview then a half day shadow interview. Overall, I liked the company but the position was not for me, as I want to go more into Finance than sales.

Three straightforward interviews. One with recruiter. Two with sales managers. The recruiter was helpful and personable. The sales managers were pleasant, but didn’t describe the role very accurately. Be sure to ask a lot of questions about the exact role.
