1) Call with Talent Aquisition 2) Call with VP sales ( U.S.) 3) Call with AVP sales (U.S.) I was told I had to do a 3-4 hr interview with a 3rd party consulting firm from (Mexico) which included case studies and mock sales presentations with 3 people on a Zoom call analyzing the call. There was zero prep for this. I was also told the video will be shared and analyzed by the hiring managers. Also told it was "subjective." In addition, an online PDI test. In the end there was zero follow up as I wasted 6hrs of interview time. This was the more ridiculous process I've ever seen in my career. Not applying for the Pres of the U.S. This company has very little if any clue on how to interview candidates.
