I had applied for this job through the campus placement in my college. The process included 4 selection rounds. First round was Aptitude test and second was group discussion. Group discussion was major round for the selection, it was very tough. I was very confident at that time as I wanted to be placed in the Tsystems. I had decided no matter how tough the process goes, I will try to get this job. Third round was Technical Interview where I was asked about my previous projects and my interests in IT. Frankly speaking I had lots of interest in cloud computing and wanting to take the interview in the same direction, but it was of no use. After I joined the office, the domains where given to everyone and I was given SAP. I later got to know that the candidates with specific initials are give the particular domain. Going back to the process. The final round was HR interview round, where I was asked some genral questions about myself and my interests and hobbies. Later after completing my internship, me and 80+ other freshers were layed off due to corona outbreak in the June 2020. Overall company was good but there are a major issues with the Management there. I had faced lots of problems due to poor management in the company.
