It was definitely an easy and straight forward process. In order to be considered for an interview, you must pass an online assessment that tests basic customer service and money handling skills. I did extremely well therefore the interview mainly consisted of telling me my responsibilities. I was offered the position later that day.

Interview was average. Interview was a bit laid back. They asked the typical interview questions and interview was timely. They went over the roles and responsibilities etc. Interviewer makes you feel comfortable, it’s really not difficult if you practice

The interview was very laid back, yet informative. The manager asked me questions about how I would deal with irate customers and what good ideas I had to bring in new business.I had a chance to meet several people in the branch and even got a tour the branch.
