The selection process consisted of four stages: HR interview CPM assignment and IQ tests Role-playing interview Final interview with the CPM Director Throughout the process, communication was very smooth, and each meeting provided a great opportunity to understand the scope of the role and to share your experience and why you would be a good fit for the position.
