3 steps. ..step 1 phone interview...2 in Person at BJ's ...step 3 in person. Everything seemed unprofessional. Was told to dress business casual for second interview and came dressed nicely but the person interviewing me looked like crap. If I this position wasn't the best offer I could get without a college degree and no experience. I wouldn't take it. They pay okay enough I start 480 without tax deductions a week....we will see. .weekends are gone ..oeoe seem friendly

recruiter form lewisville tx wanted two half hour sessions to discuss the brand ambassador position. Too long. I asked her to email what the concerns were about. reply as"it's on indeed. you applied for the position i should have to tell you what you applied for. sorry not your secretary." hence the interview never happened.

3 round Process; phone, in person, phone again. They asked me about my work experience and why I would be a good fit. The in person was fun. It is good they do this so you can see what the job is about.
