I was brought into the store during the afternoon to meet with the manager. She asked me a couple of questions about customer service but mostly about availability. There was no phone interview or follow up interview. I was offered a job on the start and given a uniform and access to the online training.

Tell me about a time when you demonstrated good customer service?
Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there

I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
