Apply online, the general manager will call to set up the interview. Then you go in and sit down with the GM. He/she will present your application, and ask questions. Then they will ask for shirt size and hat choice (usually). They will either hire you at the interview or call you later.

Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there

I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
