There were 2 interviews. One with a genera hiring manager for UCI food services. The second was with the location manager at subway. He ended up not being able to show up, so I was interviewed by the location manager of another location. It went really well. I was asked several scenario questions

Not word for word, but something along the lines of how would you handle a situation where there is a line and you are the only person available to help customers?
I am given a form and fill the form and wait for your turn and staffs are really friendly manager is friendly all in all I really like the interview process.

Entrevista
It was alright, a group interview. It wasn't too formal and it was an interesting selection of people in the group. There was one interviewer and four interviewees (including myself). I found it interesting that the interview was held in the middle of the store (which was pretty small) and so customers were able to watch what was going on.
