After being referred, I was contacted by the owner of the company. From there, I interviewed with one of the managers over the phone. Waited and bit, and found out I got the internship.

I applied via email. I answered the questions on their site and sent the answer. I had a Skype interview with the account coordinator (who was my direct supervisor). After having my interview I heard back in about a week she called me on the phone to offer the position.

really conversational and personable interview, not too hard or difficult questions. Interview was on skype and was around 20 minutes long. Talked about college experience/ and previous internship experience. Took one skype interview and maybe one phone call
