Really easy and super chill. They asked me to demonstrate a 5 minute lecture on a given topic and the rest of the interview was just like a conversation. Also just make sure to smile but don't overdo it. The interviers like someone who is open and friendly.

Entrevista
Interviewing was fairly simple. We had a phone interview and an in person interview. Overall, the atmosphere was lighthearted and laidback. The management seems to be welcoming and encouraging to new tutors

Pretty standard interview process. Gave a phone interview first, then in person interview. Phone interview asked about more about background and in person asked about experience. Both very nice people which made the interviews comfortable.

Entrevista
An in-person interview where the managing directors asks about relevant skills, personal interests, and logistical constraints to commitment. The interviewer asks you to complete a five-minute example lecture on a subject of your choice.
