The interview Process was smooth. Initial phone call with HR rep to go over general info about the position and to answer initial questions. The second interview was with a managerial team member followed by the Gallup interview. A few days after Gallup I had my "Final Stage Interview" with someone even higher up that seemed generally dismissive, ended quickly after allowing me to ask questions, and was the shortest interview out of the 3 I had previously. Said I looked great and would be hearing back shortly, but it's been weeks since I still haven't heard back (sent several follow-up emails to the HR rep and the two team members who interviewed me, which the website encourages you to do so). Disappointing to say the least with no follow-up or updates after the final interview.

3-4 rounds - First interview with the recruiter, second interview with supervisor/team leads, 3/4 interview with a panel of people. Expect situational questions and answer with the STAR method. Everyone is super nice!
