I was interviewed about 2 weeks after I submitted my application. The first interview was a recruiter screen with very straightforward questions about my background and why I wanted to work for Stryker. My next interview with the HM was about a week later. The HM asked about my experience and how it relates to Stryker—relatively easy questions, but the interviewer's demeanor was very off-putting. He was a little unnecessarily abrasive for questions about straightforward subjects like timezones, like "Sell me on why we should hire you, as you live on the East Coast, and this is a PST office?" I wrote a thank you note with questions in a follow-up email, but never heard back, not even with an auto rejection.

The interview process was pleasant, they made me feel comfortable, they asked me questions regarding my preferences in a work environment and I felt they really wanted to understand who I was as a person and in what my strengths are like to ensure they can maximise it.
