Initial communication was good. Had hr call with basic background information. Then set follow up with Gallup personality review. Don't care about team work want driven decisive people who take charge from what I can tell.

Screening call, hiring manager call, Gallup interview, onsite interview, international team interview. Very long process that I went through to then receive no feed back or even an email with a decline. The onsite interview seemed like an interrogation, I then heard the staff members speaking of me in the hall before the next interviewer came in, very unprofessional. Candidates spend a lot of time preparing for interviews and then to not hear back after 5 interviews is very disappointing.
