The very beginning I had the opportunity to present to everyone I would be meeting with over the course of the day. I presented about myself, my experience and qualifications. I then proceeded to meet with different members of the teams within HCS. They asked questions about me personally as well as my experience and qualifications. I was asked a range of questions and given specific situations where I had to explain how I handled conflict in the work place or if I prefer to work with a team or individually.

4 colloqui, il primo con HR in inglese, il secondo con manager ed un altro membro del team, poi Gallup ed infine una delle risorse umane italiana. I primi tre nulla da dire sulla cordialità e disponibilità degli intervistatori, Il quarto colloquio è stato scandaloso una delle risorse umane scocciata, ripetitiva (stesse domande dei precedenti colloqui), limitata.

Classiche domande da colloquio, con il team una chiacchierata un po’ più tecnica, il Gallup è il solito test psico-attitudinale che richiede esempi reali di episodi della vita lavorativa con attenzione particolare alla coerenza nelle risposte.

Entrevista
Totally unprofessional, they interviewer some how made up his mind before starting the interview because it only lasted 15 mins. Feedback was apparently he felt I wouldn't be a good fit in the team. Was informed there would be a telephone based "personality" test to ascertain if a person is a good fit. Surely that should be the first stage?
